Wow! I can hardly believe how quickly autumn has arrived. With the help of family, my studio is on its second reorganization of the year! It's all coming together, but it's not quite finished. Wonderful see-through storage organizer containers are the cornerstone for me. I had too much weight in some of my earlier containers and drawers, which made accessing materials difficult at best. N ow, I am able to use the sturdier containers that are either shallower or shallower and narrower to distribute the weight better while each contains more refined categories.
My old wooden desk hasn't changed much other than its location. On top are place mats arranged as a single cover. It helps to protect the desk surface and to keep my cutting board from shifting around. Other handy go-to items are close at hand either in drawers or in pencil holders.
Now that it is October, I found a cute idea that I thought I would share about making a party favor box or a Halloween Treat Box.
